5. The 5 tabs

  • Shooting contest : the score entry sheet, station by station.
  • Ranking : the overall ranking + a summary table by station.
  • Order of play : the order of play (editable by random draw).
  • Rules : the points detail for each station.
  • Organisation : the equipment and the contest organisation tips.

6. The 5 shooting stations

Each station is played at 4 distances 6, 7, 8 and 9 m.

7. The points scale

💡 For station 5 (the jack): jack knocked out of the circle = 5 pts, jack moved but stayed in the circle = 3 pts, jack missed = 0 pts.

8. Entering the scores

1
In the tab Shooting contest, choose the station at the top (5 station tabs).
2
For each participant and each distance (6/7/8/9 m), select the score from the drop-down menu: 0, 1, 3 or 5.
3
The columns Station total, Points total and the provisional ranking update instantly.

9. The ranking

The tab Ranking sorts participants by total points (then by order of play in the event of a tie). A column EX flags the tied players. A second table summarises the points obtained station by station.

10. The order of play

The button DRAW THE ORDER AT RANDOM generates a random order of play, shown in the "Order of play" tab. Handy for sending the shooters on in a fair order.

11. Rules & organisation

The tabs Rules and Organisation contain ready-to-consult sheets: detailed points scale for each station, list of equipment needed (shooting mat, circles, bowls, markers…) and organisation tips (preparation, refereeing, duration, etc.).

12. Save & resume

The tournament is saved automatically in this browser (and on every page close). On reopening, it is reloaded on its own. The button SAVE forces an immediate save with confirmation.

13. Export / Import the backup

  • EXPORT BACKUP : downloads a file .json complete (to transfer or archive).
  • IMPORT BACKUP : reloads a file .json previously exported.

14. Export PDF & Print

  • EXPORT PDF : generates a complete PDF — score sheet (landscape), ranking and order of play.
  • PRINT : prints the current view.

15. Clear everything

The button CLEAR ALL starts from a blank sheet (after confirmation): it clears all the points entered and resets the players' names to zero (each player reverts to their default number). Handy for reusing the tool on a new contest.

16. Frequently asked questions
